MossRehab, part of Einstein Healthcare Network and a U.S. News & World Report top-ten “Best Hospital for Rehabilitation” was recognized by the Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com as one of  the Greater Philadelphia Area’s “Top Workplaces” for the ninth year in a row. MossRehab, which falls in the Large Company division was ranked 12^th overall and was the highest-ranking hospital.

What makes the recognition special is that workers/staff nominate their organization and then fill out a survey expressing how they feel about where they work. Categories that are measured include:

• Execution – how the company is getting to where it aims to go
• Connection – feeling appreciated and that their work is meaningful

In addition, three My Job factors measure how employees feel about their day-to-day job:
