Stroke Caregiver Support Group

The Stroke Caregiver Problem-Solving Group meets on the third Tuesday of every month from 6-7 p.m. at MossRehab at Jenkintown. Hope you can join us.

Stroke Caregiver Assistance

This group is offered to caregivers after loved ones have been discharged from the hospital. Our purpose is to have an open discussion among therapists and stroke caregivers with the goal of providing strategies for navigating issues occurring at home after a loved one has had a stroke.

These sessions will be held in conjunction with our YESS (Young Empowerment Stroke Support) Group. We encourage you to bring your loved one to attend a YESS group, while you join us to discuss issues specifically related to caregivers such as mobility, cognition and communication.

Interested? Come join us. No need to contact us ahead of time or reserve a spot. All stroke caregivers are welcome.
