Clinical liaisons are registered nurses who serve as your link to MossRehab. Liaisons can answer any questions you or your family may have about inpatient rehabilitation at MossRehab.
When a referral has been made, you will be contacted by phone or in person by a clinical liaison for an evaluation. If MossRehab determines you are a candidate for inpatient rehabilitation and your insurer approves an admission, we will work with the referring hospital to facilitate your transition to MossRehab. The liaison will also advise on which MossRehab unit is most appropriate for you.
