Our Stroke Rehabilitation Centers & Facilities
Each year, MossRehab treats over 800 people with strokes in our inpatient stroke rehabilitation centers, and many more through our outpatient stroke rehab facilities, which are conveniently located throughout the Philadelphia region. Our patients range in age from 18-98. We offer a continuum of care from inpatient rehab immediately following a hospital stay for stroke, through outpatient visits and ongoing support through the recovery process. Our support groups for caregivers and for young people recovering from stroke provide extensive assistance for people affected by this condition. All patients at our stroke treatment centers have access to the largest collection of rehab robotics in the country and benefit from our specialized expertise.

Family and caregivers are an integral part of every stroke recovery therapy treatment plan, and we provide extensive education, support and counseling, not just at the onset of injury, but throughout the stroke rehabilitation process including long term stroke facility care, and even after a patient returns to home, school or work. From whatever point you start with us, we will be with you every step of the way through our stroke rehab program.
The MossRehab Stroke and Neurological Diseases Center treatment program is open to individuals who have functional impairment due to stroke, neurological diseases or related reasons. Patients receive treatment from a diverse team of specialists, including physiatrists; occupational, physical, and recreational therapists; rehabilitation nurses; speech and language pathologists; physiologists; neuropsychologists; social workers and medical management coordinators.
