Biography:Hensler-Cullen is a qualified Surveyor-Medical Rehabilitation by CARF International. She was honored with a MossRehab Leadership Award in 1994, was named a Community Leader by the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society in 1996, inducted into the Bishop McDevitt High School Hall of Fame in 2010 and received a Rehabilitation Leadership Award from the Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities in 2012.
