A prosthetic leg clicking into place. The rubber sole of a sneaker stepping on a treadmill. A knife cutting a crisp, yellow pepper, guided by the hand of a therapist. The whirling and straining of mechanical gears as robotic devices help patients stand, walk and lift their arms. The focus on these sounds, used together to create a rhythm as images of these actions flash before the viewer are what makes viewers of MossRehab’s latest incarnation of their CHALLENGE ACCEPTED 30-second commercial pay attention to it.
And viewers are not the only ones.
The commercial, titled “The Sound of Progress” was recently recognized in several prestigious categories at the 41st Annual Telly Awards, which annually showcase the best work from some of the most respected advertising agencies, television stations, production companies and publishers from around the world for a specific brand and/or company. (To create the commercial, MossRehab’s Marketing team partnered with renowned advertising agency 160/90 who have created campaigns for global brands including AMC network, ESPN, Under Armour, Samsung and Coca Cola.)
"The Sound of Progress" was recognized in four categories:
* Gold: Local TV/General/ Hospital
* Silver: Promotional/General/Hospital
* Silver: Online Commercials/General/Hospital
* Bronze: Regional TV/Craft/Editing
In these categories, MossRehab competed against other hospital and network entrants (like RWJBarnabas Health, Virtua Health, Dana Farber Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center, and Johns Hopkins), but also international consumer brands like Oakley and Lexus.
