Rehabilitation

Moss Sports Rehab offers individualized rehabilitation at each of our 13 Jefferson outpatient centers.  Our physicians, physical therapists and athletic trainers are dedicated to the rehabilitation of the injured athlete and the active individual.  Following a comprehensive examination and evaluation, a custom, sport specific program will be developed for each individual.  Experienced members of the rehabilitation team will guide each athlete through the recovery process from initial injury to return to play and beyond.  Specialty services include isokinetic testing, hand therapy, running clinic, neuropsychological assessment and concussion management, Sheerr Gait and Motion Analysis Lab, as well as sport specific injury prevention programming.

Athletic Training

Moss Sports Rehab partners with local universities, primary schools and secondary schools to provide comprehensive sporting event and practice coverage.  We provide frontline injury treatment and facilitate access to medical services, concussion management, and sports specific reconditioning to ensure safe return to play.  Moss Sports Rehab’s certified athletic trainers work closely with Einstein Sports Medicine physicians and our physical therapists to ensure the best outcomes for each athlete.

“Our High School athletic teams have been working with Jefferson now for three years. They always put the well-being of our athletes first with the goal of getting them back healthy on the playing field. They have run workshops for our families to educate them on preventing injuries. I can honestly say that a major contributing factor to the growth of our athletic department has been the people and resources from Jefferson.”
