Do You Need Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy?
The terms physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT) are often mentioned at the same time. Eventhough there are some similarities between them, OT is recommended for people who may have had a stroke, concussion, or accident that makes it difficult for them to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). OT helps them relearn to eat, bathe, dress, and walk. MossRehab also offers occupational therapy at several convenient locations.
