Junghoon Kim, PhD

Dr. Kim’s areas of interest are:

  • Neural correlates of attention and executive function deficits in TBI and treatment responses
  • Mechanisms and predictors of behavioral recovery after TBI
  • Neuroimaging methods for rehabilitation research

He has received funding for his research from the Department of Health, the Albert Einstein Society and MRRI.

Dr. Kim has an extensive list of published research.  His work has appeared in Archives of General Psychiatry, Neurology, Neuroimage, Journal of the International Neuropsychological Society, Schizophrenia Research, The Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, and Academic Radiology.

Dr. Kim received his BA in Psychology at Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea.  He received MA’s in Psychobiology and Experimental Psychopathology at Seoul National University and University of Pennsylvania, respectively.  He earned his PhD in Experimental Psychology at University of Pennsylvania.  He completed fellowships at UCLA and Moss.
