For patients whose back injuries range from pulled muscles to herniated disks, the Back Program at MossRehab offers individualized treatment plans to reduce pain and enhance flexibility. Our physical and occupational therapists provide comprehensive evaluation and ongoing re-assessment of each patient to monitor progress and establish new goals.

Our services include:

• an exercise regimen
• use of a specially designed, heated therapy pool

We also educate our patients on basic anatomy, the mechanics of the spine, frequent causes of back pain and how to prevent it, as well as how to manage a back disorder if one develops, in order to reduce the incidence and severity of back injuries.
