Co-located with Einstein Healthcare Network Germantown, our expert team of rehabilitation specialists provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for a wide range of simple and complex conditions, injuries and diseases. MossRehab Germantown offers the following services:
Therapy services are covered by most insurance plans. A physician's prescription is required.
Hours
Monday and Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
