People, technology, outcomes. These are the things that characterize the historical and daily success associated with MossRehab. Outstanding accomplishments include
- MossRehab's designation by the National Institute on Disability Rehabilitation Research in 1997 to establish a Model System of Care for traumatic brain injury – the only center of its kind in the Philadelphia region and only one of five in the United States.
- MossRehab being nationally and consistently recognized over the last 15 years by U.S.News & World Report's as one of "America's Best Hospitals."
- Philadelphia Magazine's recent acknowledgement of the MossRehab Drucker Brain Injury and Stroke Centers as Centers of Excellence and the citing of Dr.'s Esquenazi and Mayer as Top Doctors.
Through the MossCare Network, a growing network of affiliates, MossRehab now offers more than 20 outpatient sites throughout the Philadelphia region. MossRehab operates an inpatient unit at Frankford Hospital–Frankford Campus in Philadelphia, and a similar unit at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA. Recently, MossRehab also partnered with Magee Rehabilitation Hospital to provide an outpatient center at Jefferson HealthCARE in Voorhees, NJ. In addition, MossRehab is a member of Philadelphia International Medicine, a consortium of Philadelphia healthcare providers aimed at bringing patients from foreign countries to Philadelphia for medical care.
As in the past, MossRehab will continue to evolve in order to provide the highest quality of care for people with physical disabilities.
