G-EO Systems Evolution
MossRehab is the first facility in the United States using the G-EO Systems Evolution
What is it?
The G-EO Systems Evolution is a therapeutic exercise machine designed to help patients recover their ability to walk, when they suffer from neurological and orthopedic impairments.
How does it work?
The G-EO Systems Evolution uses sophisticated sensors and computer controls to provide a varying level of assistance based on the needs of patient. It provides a range of exercise options to realign and balance disorders, by recreating incline, decline, and stair-step conditions.
The G-EO Systems Evolution was developed by Reha Technology in Italy and Austria. In July 2011, MossRehab received the first G-EO in the United States. Our international reputation as a center of excellence in robotic assisted rehabilitation made us the ideal choice.
MossRehab continues to pioneer the use of leading technologies to help patients with disabling injuries relearn movement and regain strength and function.
Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute
The Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute (MRRI) sponsors interdisciplinary research aimed at improving human function and adaptation to disability.
ReWalk
ReWalk is a motorized exoskeleton suit that enables people with walking impairments to stand, walk and climb stairs independently. Worn around the legs, chest and back, ReWalk is lightweight and fits closely to the body on top of everyday clothes. Crutches are used in combination with ReWalk to help the user stay balanced.
