Stroke Research

Through Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute, our patients have access to some of the latest findings regarding stroke rehab.

Research projects, performed jointly with Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute, are helping stroke survivors meet their physical and mental challenges. Progress is being made to help patients regain speech, reacquire use of impaired arms and hands and relearn the basic tasks needed for everyday living. These projects are funded by grants from organizations including the National Institutes of Health, James S. McDonnell Foundation, Albert Einstein Society, United States Army, United States Department of Education, National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research, Pennsylvania Department of Health, NEC Foundation of America and Allergan.
